Beautifully Different.
Do you know what is beautifully different about you? If you have a hard time answering that question, you are not alone. It took me months of discovery and digging to figure out what was beautifully different about me.
At the end of last year, all I could come up with was that I was a Mom to six kids. And that I was a lefty. And that I didn’t want to answer that question. I know there are other women out there that are feeling the same way. And truly, the reason why I started my photography business. I wanted to help all women feel beautiful.
Here is what I know now, after months of self discovery:
My photography gift is to be able to find beauty, and to capture details that you may not even know existed. I love engaging with my clients, and love being open to your wishes for your dream reveal session.
My laughter is so loud and distinct, it has got me in trouble. I think laughter is beautiful. And I love to photograph women who laugh out loud. If you are nervous, I will put you at ease. We will woop it up and giggle a lot. Laughter is beautiful. Laughs and my natural posing skills are a huge part of a successful session together.
I sneeze so loudly that I still startle my husband and kids!
I want to punch out my inner critic. I want you to punch yours, too! A session will do this for you! Together, we’ll create images that change the way you see your self, forever.
I see failures as stepping stones. I’ve almost run a marathon, and will some day soon.

I wanted to be a super model growing up. I wrote that down every year on my school envelope. Now, I have the pleasure of making other women feel like their own top model. I am so excited about what I do!
I have six kids. No sets of twins. All of their names start with the letter C. Actually, all eight of us have a name that starts with the letter C. And all hard C’s at that!
I have broken the same finger twice, in two places. Once was on Spring BREAK. NO joke. Oh, and stitches on the top of my finger when making tuna casserole. Just to let you know, I am way more skilled when it comes to my camera. 
I have beautiful, clear skin and my Grannie’s sparkly blue eyes. Once while getting my make up and hair done in my early twenties, the artist told me my eyes were too close together. Too close to the bridge of my nose. That always make me feel bad about myself. I still have the photo, and all I can think about are her words. I now use my eyes to see the beauty that is all around me. To see my kids, to see my beautiful clients.
I am certainly not worried about how you look. I specialize in luxury women’s portraits, and love to use figure-flattering light and angles. Our session will be like a trip to the spa, but the images from our time together will last forever.
